Return and Exchange
For the return and exchange, client must have to show photographs of the defects and shortages in workmanship along with a written document under five days of product delivery. We inspect keenly each of the products before shipping with our quality control team, in case of damage occurs while in the transit, the client or the shipper shall be responsible solely. We do not accept any exchange of our product; the alterations or adjustments can be done with written request.
Order cancellation
A written request is required from the client within 3 business days counting from the initiate of the invoice. We try to accommodate the cancellation request within 3 business days as after 3 days no cancellation is entertained and the deposits are non-refundable. Orders on urgent basis are non-refundable from day 1 of initiated invoice.
